Custom Orders:
For custom woodworking projects, we provide an initial consultation to discuss your specific requirements. We may provide design sketches, quotes, and timelines based on the project scope. Once the design is approved, a non-refundable deposit of 50% will be required to begin production. Custom orders are non-refundable after production has begun, except in cases of defect or error on our part.

Returns and Refunds: All sales are final.

Standard Products: Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part.

Custom Products: Custom-designed products are non-returnable, except in the case of defects or failure to meet agreed specifications.

Our products come with a 1-year warranty against defects in material or workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

All cancellations must be made within 48 hours. Any cancellations made outside of this time frame are not subject to be cancelled. All parties agree upon submission of order.
