Yes, if your product from Ted’s Trees is not functional, please email teds.trees2020@gmail.com with images, order # and description of state of product and we will work with you to make it right.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days after receipt of payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
