  • How does billing work?
    Custom orders will be charged 50% of the estimated cost upfront, and charged the remainder of the final cost within 1 week of the custom product being complete (order will ship within 24 hours of the final payment). All other sales will be charged within 24 hours of placing your order online.
  • How can I contact customer support or sales?

  • What is your return policy?
    All sales are final.
  • Do you offer a warranty on defects in functional craftsmanship?
    Yes, if your product from Ted’s Trees is not functional, please email teds.trees2020@gmail.com with images, order # and description of state of product and we will work with you to make it right.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing the order.
  • What is the typical turnaround time for custom products?
    Custom Tool - About two weeks. Time varies for wholesale orders. Custom Board - About 8 to 12 weeks Custom Disorderly Conduction Boxes - About 8 to 12 weeks
  • What species of wood do you work with?
    I typically work with locally sourced woods from MN. However, wood is my passion and I am always excited to branch out and work with new species. Most common woods you will see me work with are: Black Walnut, Honey Locust, Maple, Cherry, Purple Heart and Padauk.
  • What is your shipping policy?
    Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days after receipt of payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. ​ Shipping Methods & Costs: We offer a variety of shipping methods to suit your needs. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. ​ Standard Shipping: 3-8 Business Days Expedited Shipping: 1-2 Business Days Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your shipment. ​ International Shipping: At this time, we are only shipping to addresses in the United States. ​ Shipping Delays:While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or factors outside our control, such as weather or carrier issues.
